The Bicolor Benny fish is also commonly known as the Two-Colored or Flame Tail Blenny. It is a charismatic marine fish loved by the aquarists. The Benny Fish is native to the Indo-Pacific Ocean. The term ‘Bicolor’ comes from vivid dichromatic colouration where the front half of the body is blueish in nature, and the back half shifts to dull orange.

The Flame-Tail benny fish is bold in personality, although modest in size. They perch on live rock crevices, forage for algae, and often make themselves part of the visual landscape of the aquarium.
