The Masked Corydoras (Corydoras metae), also known as the Bandit Corydoras, is a small and friendly freshwater catfish. What makes it special is the dark band across its eyes that looks like a little mask, and another stripe that runs diagonally toward its tail. This unique pattern makes them stand out in community tanks. Because of their gentle nature, they are one of the most popular catfish among aquarists.
